The FIA Karting World Championship is the biggest and most prestigious karting event in the world. Held every year, it brings together drivers from all over the globe to compete for the title of World Champion. This year’s event was no exception, with drivers from all corners of the map getting together to compete.

All About The FIA Karting World Championship

It was in Le Mans, France where the championship event for the 2022 Fia Karting season took place. It was held last September 1 to 4. More than 320 drivers from 56 different countries were competing in the five categories offered at this event. Thanks to the Automobile Club de l’Ouest who expertly organized this event, it has truly been a success. The Automobile Club de l’Ouest has been hosting races for the Bugatti circuit since 1923. This is a great opportunity for karting fans to see some of the best drivers in the world compete on one of the most iconic tracks in motorsports.

This FIA Karting event of the season is set to be a memorable one, with four different titles up for grabs. In addition to the FIA Karting World Championship, there will also be a KZ2 World Cup, and Academy Trophy final round. The weekend started off with difficult weather conditions, but the LeCont tires still were able to perform flawlessly even amidst the demanding competition. A number of demonstrations were proudly provided by the FIA Karting Historic Super Cup drivers to please the very interested spectators. On Sunday, the weather was more favorable with sunny skies and pleasant temperatures. The drivers were able to put on an exciting show for the spectators. Overall, it was a successful weekend.
